InnerE Sessions are guided applications of these techniques with an InnerE Guide, offering one-to-one counselling and structured inner exploration online or in Vadodara.
A calm, confidential one-on-one space to explore what lies beneath a challenge that keeps returning. We begin with your experience, whether it involves emotional well-being, relationships, work, confidence, health-related stress, or a difficult decision. You do not need to know the cause before you reach out.

You may come with stress, anxiety, overthinking, loneliness, grief, emotional exhaustion, fears, low confidence, or a sense of being stuck. You may notice recurring conflict or distance in relationships, hesitation in interviews or public speaking, procrastination, career confusion, or a hard life transition. Some people want to explore the emotional strain that accompanies a health concern while continuing their medical care. Others simply feel that something is missing and want to understand themselves more deeply.
There is no need to fit your experience into a category. We can start with what feels most pressing to you. The aim is to understand the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, fears and patterns around it, and discover a more grounded way forward.
1. We begin with your concern. You describe what is happening in your own words. We identify a starting point together; you share only what you feel comfortable sharing.
2. We explore at your pace. Counselling, guided InnerE Meditation (InnerE Meditation®), and other InnerE Techniques may be used where useful. You may notice feelings, body sensations, memories, beliefs, fears or connections that were less clear before. No meditation experience is needed, and an insight is never imposed on you.
3. We make sense of what emerged. We reflect on how the insight relates to your present life and what a more conscious next step might be. Some people gain clarity in one session; recurring or long-standing concerns may take several. The number of sessions is individual, without a fixed promise of results.
The aim is awareness, acceptance, resilience and clearer choices—not pressure to produce a dramatic emotional experience.
Our starting point is your lived experience, not a label or a standard script. InnerE Meditation combines a settled meditative state with gentle, structured enquiry. Depending on what emerges, InnerE Root Mapping can trace recurring patterns, Fear Mapping can explore what lies beneath a fear, Vision Mapping can compare possible futures, and InnerE EFT or InnerE Ho’oponopono can support emotional exploration. You do not need to choose a technique in advance.
These methods do not tell you what to think or force a particular memory or conclusion. The purpose is to understand yourself more deeply so that clarity, steadiness and meaningful choices can grow. You can read the full explanation on the InnerE Techniques page.
A relationship difficulty may reveal an older fear of being alone. Anxiety may connect to an unspoken fear about family and responsibility. Career confusion may become clearer when a person explores how each possible future would actually feel to live. Someone who knows the answers may still freeze in a formal interview because of an automatic fear response.
These are examples, not diagnoses or promises. Read the five detailed stories on the Case Studies page to see how different explorations unfolded.
It is natural to wonder what the process involves. Open the questions below, or message me directly if your situation is different.
The InnerE Techniques are a framework of six complementary methods designed to help individuals explore deeper emotional patterns, fears, beliefs, unresolved experiences, and recurring life challenges.
The framework includes:
InnerE Meditation
InnerE EFT
InnerE Root Mapping
InnerE Fear Mapping
InnerE Vision Mapping
InnerE Ho'oponopono
Each technique serves a different purpose, and sessions are tailored to the individual's unique situation.
It combines elements of both.
InnerE Meditation and the InnerE Techniques use meditative awareness, guided enquiry, emotional exploration, and structured self-reflection to help individuals understand themselves more deeply.
While many people experience therapeutic benefits, the primary focus is helping individuals gain awareness, clarity, and understanding about the challenges they are facing.
A Clinical Meditation Therapist uses meditation-based enquiry and awareness techniques to help individuals explore emotional patterns, fears, beliefs, and life challenges.
Rather than using meditation solely for relaxation, meditation becomes a tool for deeper understanding, self-discovery, and personal transformation.
No.
Although both approaches use relaxed states of awareness, the InnerE Techniques do not rely on suggestions, programming, or influencing what a person should think or believe.
The emphasis is on awareness, exploration, and discovering insights from within.
The goal is not to tell you what to think.
The goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply.
Not at all.
Most people who attend sessions have little or no meditation experience.
The process is guided step-by-step and designed to be accessible to beginners as well as experienced meditators.
People commonly seek support for:
Anxiety
Stress
Overthinking
Emotional overwhelm
Confidence challenges
Relationship difficulties
Fear and uncertainty
Life transitions
Career confusion
Procrastination
Repeating emotional patterns
Personal growth and self-awareness
Some individuals also explore emotional stress associated with health-related challenges.
The InnerE Techniques do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
They are not a substitute for professional medical care.
However, many individuals report feeling calmer, emotionally lighter, and more connected with their body's natural recovery process after exploring unresolved stress, emotional burdens, and internal conflicts.
For health concerns, it is always recommended that individuals continue working with their qualified healthcare professionals.
Yes.
The InnerE Techniques can often complement existing approaches.
Many individuals continue with medical treatment, counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, or other forms of support while participating in InnerE Technique sessions.
Any decisions regarding medical or psychological treatment should always be discussed with the appropriate healthcare professional.
This varies from person to person.
Some individuals gain significant clarity from a single session.
Others prefer multiple sessions to explore deeper patterns, recurring challenges, or long-standing emotional concerns.
The number of sessions depends on the individual's goals, circumstances, and the nature of the issue being explored.
Each session begins by exploring the challenge you would like to work on.
Depending on your situation, one or more InnerE Techniques may be used.
The process may involve:
Guided meditation
Structured enquiry
Emotional exploration
Reflection
Awareness exercises
The session is collaborative and paced according to your comfort level.
Only what you feel comfortable sharing.
The purpose of the session is not to force disclosure.
Many people find that insights emerge naturally as the process unfolds.
You remain in control of what you choose to discuss.
Emotions are a natural part of being human.
Some individuals experience emotional release, insight, or moments of deep reflection during sessions.
These experiences are welcomed and supported within a safe and respectful environment.
There is no expectation to perform, react, or share more than feels comfortable.
Certain techniques, particularly InnerE Ho'oponopono and some aspects of InnerE EFT, can be practiced independently once learned.
However, many people find that working with a guide helps them explore deeper layers and avoid getting stuck in familiar thought patterns.
No.
The InnerE Techniques are not affiliated with any particular religion, belief system, or spiritual organization.
Individuals from all backgrounds are welcome.
While meditation is one of the foundations of the framework, the focus is on awareness, self-understanding, and personal growth.
Many approaches focus primarily on changing thoughts, managing emotions, or controlling symptoms.
The InnerE Techniques begin with a different question:
"What is this experience trying to teach me?"
Rather than viewing challenges as enemies to fight, the InnerE Techniques treat them as opportunities for deeper understanding.
The goal is not simply temporary relief.
The goal is insight, awareness, clarity, and lasting personal growth.
You do not need to decide that on your own.
During a session, the most appropriate techniques are selected based on your goals, challenges, and circumstances.
The techniques are designed to work together as part of a larger framework.
The ultimate goal is not to fix people.
It is to help people understand themselves more deeply.
Because when understanding grows, clarity often follows.
And when clarity follows, meaningful change becomes possible.
